Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Life Guru formula. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and at least 50% full.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at 866-212-1132 or info@lifeguruhome.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that are more than 50% used, products returned after 30 days, or products not in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
